CV Baskoro Inti is seeking a talented Deputy Pastry Chef to join our team. We are a well-established bakery and dessert shop located in the heart of Yogyakarta. We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual who can assist our Head Pastry Chef in creating and executing delicious and innovative pastry recipes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Pastry Chef in creating and executing pastry recipes.
  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, pies, and cookies.
  • Ensure that all pastries are prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory and ingredient usage.
  • Assist in training and developing junior staff members.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining menus and recipes.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
  • Passion for creating delicious and innovative desserts.
