As a Frontliner, you'll be responsible for greeting patients, managing their appointments, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their aesthetic and medical treatments. You'll work closely with our team of skilled professionals, using your excellent communication skills and attention to detail to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome patients, providing them with a warm and friendly reception.
• Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Assist patients with their treatment and aftercare instructions, ensuring they understand and follow their treatment plans.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating patient records and managing patient files.
• Promote our clinic's services and products to patients, helping to build our reputation for excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a patient care or administrative support role, preferably in the medical or aesthetic industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, as well as a basic understanding of aesthetic treatments.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently, to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
• Ability to lift and move patients, as well as heavy equipment and supplies.
• Valid certification in First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain one.
