📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
