🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of operations staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
