📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain sales records and databases,Process and verify customer orders and invoices,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts,Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients,Assist in organizing and participating in sales events and exhibitions,Handle inventory management and stock control,Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or related roles,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of heavy equipment parts and market trends,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
