Manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.,Provide financial support to various departments as needed.,Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.,Participate in financial planning and budgeting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in using financial accounting software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
