PT Pratama Cempaka is seeking a dedicated Deputy F&B Service to join our team in Belawan. This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 8.000.000 to Rp 10.000.000 per month. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the F&B Manager in ensuring that all food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, and ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to provide excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the F&B Manager in planning and organizing food and beverage services.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area.
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to provide excellent service.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and office software.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
