📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain the condition of the fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the scheduling and assignment of drivers and vehicles.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet management.,Participate in training and development programs for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
