📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and supervising the team.,Coordinate team activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.,Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and capabilities.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Support the Team Leader in developing and implementing training programs for team members.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
