📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a strong and diverse workforce.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures related to employment practices.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
