IT Helpdesk & Technical Support Specialist (Male Only) - Jakarta, BSD, Sentul (Shift-Based)

Sigma Global Technology is a leading IT solutions provider, and we're looking for a dedicated IT Helpdesk & Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Jakarta, BSD, and Sentul. In this shift-based role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' IT issues, providing prompt and effective technical support to ensure seamless operations.

As an IT Helpdesk & Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining IT systems, and providing training to end-users. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Assist in the deployment and management of cloud-based solutions, such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and software
• Document and maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, as needed
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk and technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in using ITIL framework and best practices
• Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
