📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Coordinate with department heads to address operational issues and implement improvements.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational and financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
