📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants using various methods such as online job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and scheduling interviews.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Passion for human resources and a desire to build a career in recruitment.
