📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and train junior baristas to ensure consistent high-quality coffee preparation.,Oversee cashier operations, including transactions, inventory management, and sales reporting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the coffee shop.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Promote our products and services to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment.,Participate in inventory management and restocking.,Assist in special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Experience in managing and training staff.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales reporting.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
