Easy Home Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a proven track record of maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular security patrols to monitor and maintain the safety of the premises.,Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.,Maintain communication with law enforcement agencies and other relevant parties.,Conduct security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Supervise and train junior security guards to ensure compliance with security standards.,Monitor surveillance systems and equipment to ensure their proper functioning.,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Proven track record of maintaining a secure environment.,Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun (local language) is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
