📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate production schedules and activities.,Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Maintain high-quality standards and implement quality control measures.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Manage inventory levels and order new materials as needed.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer requirements and deadlines.,Conduct regular production meetings and provide updates to the management team.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
