📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical assistance to ADB's member countries in the area of finance, focusing on policy, institutional, and regulatory reforms.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, design, and implement financial sector reforms.
  • Assist in the preparation of sectoral and technical papers, policy dialogues, and other technical assistance documents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of financial sector reforms.
  • Build capacity of government officials and financial sector stakeholders through training, workshops, and other capacity-building activities.
  • Participate in high-level meetings and events, both in Bali and internationally.
  • Contribute to the development of ADB's financial sector strategy and policy.
  • Ensure compliance with ADB's policies, procedures, and standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Advanced university degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector, with at least 5 years in a senior advisory or consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial sector policies, regulations, and institutional frameworks in developing countries.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing financial sector reforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other official ADB languages (French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, or Arabic) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
