Lead and mentor junior industrial engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and development.,Conduct process audits and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to streamline our production processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of industrial engineering solutions into our operations.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.,Work closely with suppliers and vendors to optimize our supply chain and ensure timely delivery of materials.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing processes.,Proven track record of successfully implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using industrial engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Bali.
