• Manage and develop the talent pool for site acquisition projects

• Provide training and development opportunities for the talent pool

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
• Proven track record of success in identifying, recruiting, and managing talent
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications and technology industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
