As an Operations Assistant, you'll work closely with our team to ensure that our parking lots are always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology.

In this role, you'll be using a variety of tools and software, including Parking Management System (PMS), Google Maps API, and Microsoft Office Suite. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our premium car parking facilities, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology.
• Monitor and control access to our parking lots using our Parking Management System (PMS).
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and employees, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of our parking facilities, identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Work closely with our team to ensure that our parking lots are always at full capacity, maximizing revenue for the company.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve the efficiency and convenience of our parking facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of parking lot usage, revenue, and maintenance activities using our Microsoft Office Suite.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve the operation of our parking facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain parking facilities, with a strong focus on safety and security.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with Parking Management System (PMS) and other relevant software and tools.
• Knowledge of Google Maps API and other mapping technologies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and convenience.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
