📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of store facilities.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.
• Assist in training new staff and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Participate in inventory audits and stocktake procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or retail operations.
• Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of luxury retail industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
