📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate customer service performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare customer service or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
