📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Stock and replenish amenities such as toiletries, linens, and towels in guest rooms and common areas.
• Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working order.
• Follow and adhere to the housekeeping schedule and protocols to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments to coordinate cleaning tasks and address any issues.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and secure environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury or wellness setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team and guests.
• Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, steamers, and mops.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using housekeeping software, such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS) or similar.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
