• Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, environment, and fire management programs.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environment, and fire regulations and standards.
• Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, environment, and fire prevention practices.
• Monitor and maintain fire protection systems, including fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency response plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve health, safety, environment, and fire incidents.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all health, safety, environment, and fire management activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our health, safety, environment, and fire management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Fire Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, environment, and fire management, with a strong focus on manufacturing, transportation, and logistics.
• Certification in health, safety, environment, and fire management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing safety and environmental programs.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, NFPA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using health, safety, environment, and fire management software (e.g., SAP, QHSE, or equivalent).
• Ability to travel and work in various locations as required.
