📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Design and implement workflows using tools like Monday.com and Trello to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service delivery.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in service delivery and workflow management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
