📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Take and process food and beverage orders promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist in inventory management and restocking
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
• Promote Kantin Raya's menu and specials to enhance customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work part-time hours
• Clean, neat, and professional appearance
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
