📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency in using SAP, AutoCAD, and other mining software.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
