📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and collection.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or financial accounting.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel for financial management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local Indonesian accounting regulations and international standards.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
