• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks at assigned locations.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with regional managers and other stakeholders to address operational challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail or commercial operations.
