📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Support the marketing team in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including managing client communications and maintaining marketing databases.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry.
