📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily vehicle maintenance and repair schedules using SAP and other fleet management tools.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and mileage to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for timely repairs and maintenance.
• Manage fuel procurement, budgeting, and cost control for the fleet.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Train and supervise drivers on safe driving practices and vehicle operation.
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities using SAP and other relevant software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance.
• Proficient in using SAP and other fleet management software.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
