📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and delivering food orders accurately and efficiently using our in-house POS system.
• Maintaining a clean and organized food counter area, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
• Assisting customers with menu selections and providing excellent customer service.
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking food items as needed.
• Promoting our menu items and special offers to customers.
• Following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with using POS systems is a plus.
