📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and update client documentation using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new employees on customer service best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Previous experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry is a plus.
